At long last, winter arrived in Game of Thrones a few weeks ago, and the storm of snow, sinister plots, and seriously intense battles has been raging on with increasing fury as the minutes tick on. With only a sprinkling of episodes left on Thrones‘ season seven calendar, each new episode is a grand event worthy of celebrating. And what better way to do that than settle into the groove of your couch (we know you’ve got a formed-to-your-body dip in there; don’t deny it!) with a delicious drink based on the epic fantasy drama series itself?

Geek Bomb’s resident mixologist, the lovely Zhiana, and graphic designer extraordinaire Mickey have joined forces for a second batch of Game of Thrones cocktails perfect for the Sunday night affair! Dive into the deliciousness below, and then check out our first round of Thrones bevs here.

House Greyjoy

A family whose desires and penchant for peacocking (don’t even get us started on the whole “Euron Greyjoy attempting to swoon Cersei Lannister” ordeal from a few episodes back) generally land them in a pickle, the Greyjoys are a tricky and often naive little bunch. However, their showboat nature isn’t without warrant. House Greyjoy possesses an incredibly powerful armada (that was only recently sort of bested), and have more than a few intimidatingly crazy folk in the family. Fittingly, the House Greyjoy cocktail is everything you’d expect from the Iron Islands clan: boldness in the stout beer and whiskey and a slightly bitter bite in the cold-brew coffee, plus a surprise in the ginger syrup. A few sips of House Greyjoy will have you feeling like a bonafide Ironborn.

  • 45mls Irish whiskey
  • Splash of ginger syrup
  • 90mls cold-brew coffee
  • 30mls stout beer

The Littlefinger

Though Lord Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish has inspired in many a Thrones viewer bouts of rage at his early season betrayals and waves of creepiness-induced chills in watching him encroach on Sansa Stark, the former Master of Coin is undeniably, unashamedly ambitious — but with an edge that attempts to cut through the chaotic hunt for power that ravages Westeros and beyond. With a punch of tequila and the dry pull of sherry, The Littlefinger cocktail is strong in its base, just like the conniving Lord himself. Let the drink linger, and you’ll taste the tart lemon, zippy hot sauce, and unexpectedly sweet grenadine. A multi-layered cocktail for an equally complex man.

  • 30mls tequila
  • 30mls sherry
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Dash of grenadine
  • Dash of hot sauce

Tormund’s Tonic

Tormund’s Tonic brings together all of the Wildling’s favourite things: a bit of bitterness in a lemon twist and a handful cloves, which reminds him of his beloved ale, and the mead-like sweetness of lemon juice and honey. Reminiscent of a yummy hot toddy, this drink is the perfect way to unwind, whether you’ve had a long day battling White Walkers Beyond the Wall like Tormund, or have been evading the sinister Lannisters in the south for weeks on end. (We don’t blame you.)

  • 4 cloves
  • Twist of lemon
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 60ml whiskey
  • Top with boiling water
